Site Logging Me Out After Enabling 2FA

I enabled 2FA last night since it seemed like a good idea with the recent business on SB's and QQ.

I woke up this morning, and QQ wanted me to submit my verification code again to continue using the site.

I do have 3rd party cookies blocked on my device.

Any ideas?
