Another question Troy. In Last of the Omega Lords, does truewarping in unlimited power mode turns you into a cosmopotency straight away?

It says that You can alter the universe as you see fit while making no mention about range limit like in the normal truewarping description

How is it that Slut Ninjas makes so much more sense when you add the dual cultivation style to the mix in Naruto than canonical Naruto's method of exercising really hard makes power go brrt shonen style.
