Goddammit, don't tease me! I'm still salty about being promised Magical Mercenary Radical Revy, Warrior for Booze and Riches, and then having her never show up again before the quest Bad Ended(? I think, might have just petered out. No, I don't remember which it was, except that the MC was a power-granter demon and their attention was stuck focused in hell until cumulative bad decisions and/or rolls got them et or something.)
