  • Staff is working to deal with the problem of synonymous tags. See here for more information and to suggest tag mergers.
  • QQ will have forum downtime on October 21, starting at 10:00 AM Eastern time, for software updates.
  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

  • Hi, made account on August 4, 2025. Found it difficult to navigate so gave up. Am still not verified. I am very new and not sure how all this works... any help is appreciated
Hello there! I tried making an account maybe around a month ago, but still haven't received an email for it. There's nothing on spam either, and my header still says "Your account is currently awaiting approval by an administrator. You will receive an email when a decision has been taken."

Thank you for your time, and I hope you can help me resolve this issue!

    Permanent Ban as per request
Hi. Sorry for the trouble. I know the forum doesn't do account deletions, but I'd like the next best thing if that's possible. I made this thing most of a decade ago, and I'm not really the person I was when I was posting most, so if it's okay I'd like to retire it. Would that be ok?

We can give you a permaban if you would like? Just note that that would preclude you from participating on the forum with a different account. We don't allow people to escape their past posting. Potentially you could go back and delete your own posts, but that would be on you.

    That'd be great, thanks.
Hi. I created my account a couple of weeks back. Haven't received approval by an administrator or gotten an email or anything regarding that. Mate could you help. What steps need to be taken for this process to be expedited?

Have you checked your spam folder? A lot of the time the automatic email from QQ gets redirected there. If that doesn't help, I would suggest you contact one of the Admins (@ultima333 or @alethiophile ) to help you further.

Hi, just made my account today. I verified my email but it says my account is not editable? My messages are not getting through in a thread I commented in. Do I need to do anything or do I just need to wait?

In order to combat spambots, you don't get full posting privileges until a mod approves your first non-profile post. I've just done that for you.

Hello, sorry if I'm bothering. I've made this account back in May, and I still haven't gotten a verification email. I want to read several stories, but I can't access them at all. Did I maybe miss a step? Can you please help?

Hello sorry to bother you, but how do I get an administrator to approve my account?

It has been a few months and I tried asking in their profile post section but received no response.

I also tried the contact us thing.

Sorry, been a bit slammed with real life and missed this in my alerts. Okay, so, I'm not sure what that message really means. Have you tried to make a post...somewhere? I can not see a post in the approval queue for you. If you have and not been allowed to, then you should be able to start a conversation with one of the Admin (@ultima333 or @alethiophile ).

I am not able to post or comment.

This is the thing I see on the bottom of threads:
You have insufficient privileges to reply here.

    And this in forums:
You have insufficient privileges to post threads here.

I'll try using their profile post areas again, I don't know any other ways to get in contact.

Edit: Seems like someone made my account work, thanks!
Hello sorry to bother you but I am still waiting for an e-mail to confirm my new account. Could you help me find someone to get the approval email sent? Thank you

Hello, I was wondering if I could delete my account? I accidently made this account awhile ago after forgetting that I had an account already, and I have been using that other account mainly and never use this account. I need to change me Main account's email to what this account is currently using, but due to the fact that this account is using the email, I can't do it. could you or someone help/delete this account?
Hi! Can you help with an email change for this account? I'm getting an error: "Your full account details are not currently editable."

I saw the "no-disposable-email" warning/change and want to make sure I'm not going to lose my watched threads :)

Wasn't sure how best to contact an admin about this, sorry if it's posted in the wrong area.

I'd suggest making a post...somewhere, to finish the account registering process. That should, hopefully, clear up the issue.

Seemed to have worked, thanks a ton! Feel free to delete the original post on your page if you want.

You should get an email to confirm your forum membership. If it hasn't shown up in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it isn't there, you will need to contact an Aministrator for further help.

Hi is there anyway to get another confirmation email I set up account a month ago but I did not know about the email so I finally clicked it today and it says I'm not confirmed so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wait until it confirms by itself or what so if you can tell me please let me know

Do you know how to confirm my account? I have received no notifications whatsoever about it. Because of it I can't read any NSFW content or even follow anyone.

Well, if you can't verify my account, would you please just delete it, so my information isn't just out there, waiting to be hacked? (I have no option to do this myself.) Please and thank you.
Tried messaging the other mod. I'm trying to work through the verification; changed to my work email but am not sure if it is microsoft or not (have a .gov email, but microsoft may manage). Any help would be awesome. Nothing in my spam/junk filter.
