    I have a moderate respect for the filler arc that introduces the sword of the raijin, his personal lightning sword, purely because it helps to paint him as a guy who invented things and jutsus with great potential but, due to lack of direction and improvement (in the case of making them Forbidden), made incredibly poor use of their potential.

    One thing that /amuses/ me about the name of the sword is... he named his teleportation technique hiraishin - flying raijin. He named his sword 'sword of the raijin'.
    He's a water element user, primarily, but his techniques and weapon would imply that he thinks of himself as a god of lightning.
