That's what I did with my current one. It wasn't a bad experience? But, it was nerve-wracking dealing with potentially breaking a $500 component and then troubleshooting everything afterward. Not really sure I'd want to do that again when I'm at the point where I can spend a bit of extra money and not need to worry about it.

But, again, I don't actually need a new computer at this point and my self-control is (unfortunately) good enough that I can resist an impulse buy like this.
 
I suppose this is as safe a place as any to say this, but I had my first fit of depression since, like, 2016 on Good Friday. Cooked myself some lamb, realized how long it's been since I ate with my family, and took a few minutes to myself.

Still, the lamb was pretty damned good. Though I probably shouldn't have indulged myself.

There you go, it's out there. And nobody can ever track it back to me.
