Depending on how persistent or severe said brain fog is, the answer might be sleep, caffeine, water, going to a doctor to get a CT/MRI scan of your head, or making an appointment with a psychologist/psychiatrist to get proper medication.
Sometimes, a simple walk around town, and getting some fresh air for a bit, can also do quite a lot.
