This was hilarious. Well, lets hope Ginny can become the Hooligan queen lol. I liked the bit with Hermione, Fred and George too. This was great.Luna's expression turned thoughtful. "Dean Thomas? That's… hmmm. That might not be good."
"Huh? Why? Because he's half-blood?"
"No, no. But his ancestry, you see. It's all wrong."
Ginny gasped and covered her mouth. "Luna! You're not… you're not opposed to it because he's black, are you?!"
Luna looked off at a spot five inches to the left of Ginny's shoulder.
"I think he's more wenge or dark chocolate brown. But no. It's because he's from a long line…" Luna's voice dropped, grave. "Of West Ham football hooligans."
Ginny blinked.
"…Eh?"
"Football hooligans. If their team loses, they burn down the city and riot. If their team wins, they burn down the city and riot—but more cheerfully. They'll consort with dark forces called FIFA to rig games and riot anyway. It's in his blood, Ginny. You date him, you'll turn into one too and hijack a double-decker bus and end up in…" She shuddered. "Luton."
Ginny stared, then giggled, the sound wet but genuine. She wrapped her arms around the smaller girl. "Thank you, Luna. You always know what to say to cheer me up."
Luna sighed and hugged her back. "Very well. But bring me back a tire to burn when you two become the Hooligan King and Queen."
"I will!"
Ron looks at Hermione " nothing about language?"
With my love of reaction fics i wonder how James lily and everyone during their school years would take this. Other than the standard for most fanon James "what she is a snake". I believe he would be very happy for Harry and thankful to Sirius.

As a bonus they could kill a lot of rat and rat like creatures.
So, I've been thinking about the whole Malfoid thing, and I think it'd be a good idea to develop an actual framework of how their relationship progresses, including changes to the plotline and characters, because a lot of events _would_ depend on where they are in their relationship. Preferably a few, actually, so that neat ideas that don't fit in one timeline can find a home in others.
And thinking on it, what I think might serve as perhaps the best choice for the first notable plot divergence from canon is the diary in Chamber of Secrets. I see two possible ways to do this. First is that Dracaena gets her hands on the diary and starts being influenced by it _between_ Ginny and Harry (stealing it from Ginny as petty bullying and subconsciously out of jealousy?). The second is her somehow realizing her father is the one responsible for everything that year and seeing it as her responsibility, perhaps after a fellow Slytherin gets petrified. Certainly possible to combine the two, but I think the latter loses something if she's a direct victim herself, though it does gain points for moving Lucius's character development forward.
Prisoner of Azkaban, the major difference I can see is how Dracaena reacts to Harry's dementor-induced trauma. Sympathy instead of mockery, even if only after her prank and seeing how badly it affects him.
Goblet of Fire... I really, _really_ like her offering to go with Harry to the Yule Ball after witnessing Cho turn him down, only to have him explode on her and reject her. I also like the idea of her insisting on giving him secret dancing lessons so he doesn't embarrass the school. And as for during the Yule Ball itself?
"Potter, dance with me."
"Malfoy? What--?"
"I did not spend my precious time teaching you to dance just so you could spend this entire ball loafing around like an idiot. _Dance with me_."
Incidentally, I think it would be too early for Malfoy to show up as Harry's hostage. But the idea of bringing back the Mirror of Erised -- for the events of those AI videos where all she sees in it is the two of them -- at this point in the timeline could work, I think. As the middle of the books, it's about the right time for private dawning realizations.
Stopping here because.... well, I only ever got through Goblet myself, in both book and movie formats. Still, what little I know, I could see Dracaena being the reluctant enforcer, leading to possible interesting knock on effects with Lucius, Umbridge, and Fudge. Could be a place for Lucius to realize his daughter's feelings and go "Welp, I guess we're joining Dumbledore."
Another Chamber of Secrets thought. If Dracaena gets hold of and affected by the diary, we could instead give Crabbe and Goyle a bit of limelight. Assuming they stay male, shifting their role from generic goons to bodyguards, them going to Harry for help saving her feels... right to me.
"Mister Malfoy."
"Mister Potter."
"A very dark artifact somehow got into this castle and very nearly killed your daughter. If I were you, I'd look to see what I can do to make sure something like this never happens again."
"...yes. Yes, I quite agree. But I suppose you'll be there to save her if it does, won't you?"
"That would be a dangerous thing to count on, Mister Malfoy. I'm just a boy, after all."
Also, I kind of want a scene of Crabbe and Goyle choosing loyalty to Dracaena and defying Voldemort in some fashion. Nothing too complicated, just standing like a wall between her and Voldemort or even just some Death Eaters, quaking in their boots but firm in their conviction.
Another thought. Harry, Dracaena, Sirius, and Narcissa. Except Narcissa has no reason not to believe the public story, so she still thinks Sirius is a Death Eater. Cue curses flying as Harry tries to explain.
I was thinking about the Death Eater attack on the Quidditch World Cup at the beginning of Goblet of Fire. I think the chaos could serve a number of interesting possibilities. I think the most interesting one would be Harry and Dracaena getting stuck alone together in the chaos, Harry's hurt, and one of the Death Eaters finds them. Dracaena instinctively stands protectively between the Death Eater and Harry (possibly with Crabbe and Goyle getting a moment where they stand between her and the Death Eater, as I suggested previously?), and the Death Eater -- Lucius under the mask -- hesitates. He _could_ easily disable or even just get around her/them to get Harry... but he doesn't. Instead, he turns and walks away.
Odd thing, BTW. Like, just _days_ before the whole Malfoid thing took off, I stumbled across a (presumably joke) Reddit post where someone was asking if things are terrible due to a shortage of "Anime Girls Who Laugh Like This" with accompanying pictures of various Ojousamas.
Just... thought I'd mention that.
