Could a dynamic like this apply to Dracaena ever? https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12853647/15/The-Legacy-of-Bleiss-A-Discord-Anthology
Bleiss attempts to bribe Blake with an early copy of a book rather than just ask her friend for advice on how to ask Jaune out.
I think the person it makes the most sense for Dracaena to ask for advice would be Hermione, because she's close to harry and also because she's not part of the stuck up pureblood group, and thus has an easier time relating to Harry.
I'm just not sure when you could have Dracaena ask Hermione for advice like that. Most of the time they're at odds until Harry and Dracaena are already dating. So this would require Dracaena and Hermione to have started getting along somewhat. Alternately, Dracaena asks one of the Slytherin girls. The issue there being they don't know Harry either, plus they're probably from rich wizarding families and will have the same ideas that Dracaena has that are not working for her.
Although, you could have it be Dracaena is still at odds with Hermione, but is hoping her bribe/present will be enough to get her to help anyway. Maybe if she starts the conversation with an apology for all the nasty things she's done for the last few years and is trying to make amends, it would be more believable for Hermione to not tell her to shove it where the sun does not shine and instead agree to help.

"Bleiss..."
"Yes. The great Bleiss has failed. Ha ha, very funny, can you help now?" Bleiss said, sarcasm moving to helpless sorrow. Blake noticed the tensing around Bleiss's ruby eyes as she held back tears, the blush of embarrassment on her cheeks that stood out like a red flag against snow.
Blake paused for a moment, unsure of what to do.
Then she put out her arms and hugged the heiress close. After a short sniffle, the heiress returned it.
"If you want help, all you have to do is ask," Blake whispered. "You don't have to pay your friends."
"I know, stupid cat," Bleiss mumbled. "Now get off before people get the wrong idea." Blake smiled, pushing the other girl away as she quirked an eyebrow.
"Didn't you say girl on girl was hot earlier?" she asked. Bleiss rolled her eyes, waving a hand at her.
"Hot to read. Not hot when your friend is trying to molest you in a shady hallway," she muttered. She pushed the book into Blake's chest. "Here. A gift. Now how do I get into Jaune's pants?" Blake laughed as they started walking back to their dorm.
"Well, first you'll want to try to get closer by degrees. One step at a time."
