I honestly don't know what do think

I have a forum I've been trying to use for the very same reason and for the past 3 months...

I don't mean to sound like I'm bitching, It's just that I've been working on my forum to get it up to code for months, work out the bugs, struggling to find people... and all this took was one thread on TFF and two weeks to get somewhere.

 

To be fair this also benefited from the misfortune of others by being made just after not only a major enlightenment in the CW threads at space battles that mods can be dicks but also from managing to catch a few popular writers to draw in a crowd.

Timing is everything, you were the guy that tried to sell insurance for the future while we were the guys that sold survival kits after the disaster. It's kinda obvious who would end up with more customers.

 

I still feel like I dropped the goddamned soap. I've been working fucking hard on getting that forum up to spec... chat box dice roller, all that and now I come here and find that everything I worked on was for absolute naught.

Just another failure in a long line of them.

I also got the worst of it I think because when the nailed me they hadn't even come up with the goddamned rule yet, they just did it fucking because and for a whole goddamned month.

I'm just really upset. I feel like I've been screwed over a second time, and the worst part is I can't even blame you.

It's fucking ridiculous and infuriating in that "leaving you feeling like an impotent half man" kinda way.

 

While I did see your forum I mostly just lurked on it and read the quests when they updated. Sorry about that.

I'm actually not a mod on this one (I was on the old one) you'll have to ask Geryon/teh elgee or Wizard1 for that on this new one. I can make you a mod on the old one though, if that means anything now that we've moved.

while i do understand how you feel psycko, I have to say, neither forum is terribly crowded to begin with, and considering they both fill the same niche...

it would probably be better to consolidate everything in one place.


though i would like to say, your forum actually looks pretty good, and Giant Stompy Robots is an awesome name for a forum!


but yeah, never even heard of it until today, though the only reason i know this one is because i was in one of Chibis quests when he got banned.

even then, i probably would have missed it if so many people didn't kick up shit, and the mods started deleting links to it.
