Also, the fact that HIMSELF seems to have an office with frikkin paperwork really turns my mental picture of him on it's head.

Mhh, i wonder how long Incubus' hold over our dear protagonist will stay undetected. The many eyed demon seemed to imply that he might know something ("Idiot Thrall, this is also for thy benefit") before Alisson shut him up with the headbut of gods, so HIMSELF might see it as well.
Perhaps our merry band of misfits will take another detour before visiting the treasure fortress.

Amusingly, it's hinted that what that Devil meant was more along the lines of "Cio is a well known liar and taking you for a ride you foolish human you, and whatever she promised you was a damned lie due to her being a well known liar and manipulator."

 

I love how the alt-text hints that Himself is not actually imprisoned.

 

Himself gets to go anywhere he wants(nowhere), speak with people he wants, think the thoughts he wants, get the stuff he wants. He's also in a box with chains, but that's just details.

 

He's also positioned in the 'weaker' position regarding how the desk is actually set up and the people are placed. It's subtle, but it's very much there.

 

Well, he's not going to get a lot of use out of all those drawers now, is he? Might as well offer them up to guests to place tribute in.

I just love the way the speech bubbles wrap around the bars of the cage/box. Makes me immagine his voice to be all silky smooth.

Anyway, the perspective shift to inside the cage is frikkin cool. Almost invokes the feeling that the reader is trapped in there with him, or actually
is HIMSELF... himself.

One more thing. Why everytime I'm the one to post the link NOBODY posts? It's starting to look like an unbroken line of cute puzzled cats!

 

I think it's because most places of discussion are either on the main site, on /co/, or SV/SB. And while somewhat NSFW, KSBD's writing is good enough that its main outlet of fan-made works are not porn, surprisingly. At least, not that I know of.

 

Can confirm, surprisingly little porn encountered. Quite a divergence from usual rates.

 

As much as I like reading K6BD, I normally don't have too much to say about it. Kinda speaks for itself.
I do want to remark though that I dig Allison's new armour and that the demons all look wicked cool. Can't wait too see them all in action.

 

So the reason there is very little discussion about it is because there is not enough porn of it.
