kinda, its a recreation of tournament fighting, so in a way its a Historical eroupen martial art, but in others its not. Here's a short video about what I train to do from the Invictus team.

oh lordy it's in 1 minute i'm pretty nervous. it's not even the code interview. i bought a webcam in preparation but my shirt is a checkered button-down collared shirt and not a solid color. it is what it is but boy am i nervous hahaha. it would be great if i get the job, though, so i'll bear with it!

interview done! turns out they had issues with their Google Meet so the interview was through phone. all my prep for blurring webcam backgrounds went to waste. the guy wasn't in the tech team itself, so we talked around certain things. seems like his job was more to fill out their internal form. next step is getting through the hiring manager. there are at least 3 steps afterwards. i'm happy, but kill me.

Oh, I used to use a cropped and zoomed-in picture of a star that was (presumably) seen through a telescope. But the one I have now is something I made myself, by placing slightly transparent circles of different shades and sizes on top of each other before blending and blurring their edges together.

Your shade of green is very good too, a nice and bright neon.

I myself used a picture of a ceiling light through several layers of sharpied tape, then cropped and removed the non-green colour channels.

letting you know that I'm going to make some changes to my character's stats and also on the first chapter. Mostly me getting rid of weapon proficiencies since it wouldn't make sense for my character to start at the bottom if she was survived an apocalypse. Instead, I'll do level requirements since if I remember that's an actual in lore thing for the shield hero world with weapons and gear.
