I haven't finished it yet, but might I suggest BioShock for your tinker of fiction story? It'd be a great specialization basically make you a power tinker, the plasmids in BioShock are mostly 5s in the PRT power scaling in my opinion. The only thing really over powered would be the Vitachamber since it literally has the power to perfectly resurrect someone as long as their death was via injury. Plus it needs DNA.

Have you read ''The Will of Fire (Naruto/SW AU)'' and ''Batman in Konoha'' yet ? (In SB, also the latter fic have father of batman in certain comic isekai as 'Fugaku' right when the 9 tail attack there).
The first have slow release and current one do point out lot of interesting detail related to Danzo and the 'Root' base operation, maybe help give you more ideas to play around with ?

This is a kind of isekai protagonist who knows that arrogant isekai protagonists who think they are the center of the world get their shit wrecked and bitch slapped by reality, but still declares himself the sun as if he is escanor just because he is so confident that he can overcome any challenge, and that gains some respect tbh
