Hey, it has been a few months since you updated A Girl's Guide to Surviving Gods, Magic, and Very Poor Life Choices and I would like to know if the story is dead or if it is just in a hiatus, and if it is in a hiatus, do you have a planned date for the next chapter, because the planned date of 23.8. in the last chapter is obviously long over.

Yeah, sorry about that. I have been dealing with some IRL stuff that doesn;t allow me much time for writing and honestly I have been struck with a lack for inspiration. I hope that I will get out of my funk at some point in the future and start posting again, but I don;t know exactly when. There is a small possibility of posting some other story to get the blood pumping again, but nothing is concrete yet.

I don't accept free story requests. I don't have the time to write stories people are unwilling to pay for, so they would need to find someone to sponsor it if they can't afford it themselves. Simple as.

I may not have your talent for writing, but that much subtlety and intentional ambiguity are not beyond me.

I suppose I'll see you for my next reread in a few months, or perhaps sooner if the muse happens to strike you in this story's direction.

decisive battle is a fairly sensible doctrine to avoid defeat in detail.

But since these are also troop transports. They could always leave troops on some worlds while the fleet mostly focuses on defeating the enemy fleet nearby but somewhere else? Potentially buying time. (It does depend on how much naval/space superiority effects ground fights though?

Look at it. Crescent moon head and weird robot limbs? And all the numerous uses of the word "dream" in that chapter? I might be coping hard, or Fujimoto's pulling the funniest early April Fools prank I've seen in years if that Hylics looking fellow is actually the Nightmare/Dream Devil.

Granted, I'm not really gonna be heartbroken if this isn't the case. I lost investment in Part 2 a while back, probably around the time Asa got famous and Fujimoto then chose to sideline her character by switching back to Denji for the rest of the story for some reason.

Yeah honestly I thought the story kind of lost its way after the "becoming a better person with help" plot kind of got abandoned..I feel bad for the fans who were coping the whole time that denji wasn't just being horny again and actually had a deeper plan or something etc.
