Broken outside of replies. Also, not how to egg. The only tomato that belongs in omlette is diced, not Ketchup. Ketchup is for dipping fries and onion rings only.

unfortunately my dad can only cook basic fried noodle without the vegetable and egg

anyway here's a pisang goreng

Spaghetti and meatballs and pizza, two of my favorite dinners.

It's not authentic mapo tofu since I added in onions and tomato. And the sauce is a milder japanese version. But the onions and tomato are basically filler that taste good.

As for the rice, I added in diced ginger, crushed and minced ginger, pandan leaf, chinese sausage, and hainanese chicken rice mix

Pico de Gallo Salsa.

Portions were off with insufficient tomatos.

The above is 1 bunch Cilantro (chopped), 3 romano tomato (diced finely), 1/2 small onion (diced finely), juice of 1 lime and 1 lemon, and salt.

I would say portions might better with 6 romano tomato instead of 3.

Just dice the onions first, add salt and let them sit in lemon and lime juice, while you dice up the tomato and cut up the cilantro before mixing it up and letting it sit in the fridge. Recommend letting them sit a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge.

It can last up to 4 days with proper refrigeration.

I've eaten spam, it's not bad... especially the Tocino flavor spam. Pan fried or air fried is the way to go~

Not so sure about this pumkin spice. It seems like a marketing plot by poor brokeass farmers.
