I'll start by saying I don't have the knowledge for a better solution but Anarky needs to be put down. He's stating that he's Not going to stop and Will continue down the path he's walking. Yeah No something needs to be Done because what's happening Now isn't working. So people more knowledgeable than me find a solution cause if not….

Dude, come on. We're not executing or lobotomizing a 10-year-old. Besides, even with all Anarky has done, he's still not nearly as psychotic or homicidal as his father.

It was literally confirmed in story that she uses biological mind control.

And Paul giving her all that stuff was the cause of the radiation people being conquered and forced to activate their MADD contingency.

And no, he didn't stop a genocide, he caused it, as without his constant intervention the whole situation would have sat static.
