AO3 had a few though the most prominent one I remember was around Paul and Jessica smut fics with Programmed to Breed by reynold.biplane being the most memorable because of the game adaptation that fell flat. edit: 402 character limit

Another was about Irulan and Paul falling in love which I have a vague recollection of being decent. But this was like 2–3 years ago. There were some other ones but I can't look them up now with AO3 being down. And my thought at the time was something in line with findind good dune fanfics is like finding water in Arrakis. So sorry for not being much help.

Hmmm... do I swap to reading your stories here or stay on Ao3? Do I wait? Or sneak ahead now that I've seen them in the recently updated feed. Hmmmm

Sorry if I made another account for this because I didn't get a reply for the answer why I was banned.
On the account under the name "elvens" I got banned because it was written as spam, but this was my first time writing a comment or posting anything on this forum.
Can you please review it again, you are welcome to block this account, but please review the account under the name "elvens".
Finally, have a nice day

Thank you for your reply, if it really can't be returned, can this account get moderator approval?
In the elvens account, I've been registered since 2024 or 2025, maybe, I forgot.
Thanks you and have a nice day mod

Indeed, registration date is still visible to me, but is readily missable if someone came across an account posting nothing but spam. You're approved, and if you want I can give you the username back, since it is vacated by the spam clean. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think it was the first piece of fiction I had access to that depicted "cosmic battle between good and evil" with this one novel where there was a giant evil alien fighting a giant good alien in space, which seems kind of incomprehensible to me at the time, but now seems kind of tame

Surprised someone recognized it! And yep, that series deserved some love so I decided to use the Ray MK3 as a pfp...even though I prefer the MK2, it's just that the MK3 is a bit more iconic.

play the DS Custom Robo game alot so i recognize it instantly, was basically Armored Core for me but less warcrime

Yet still could be quite dark, specially with a certain scene of a specific golden Robo. Also had a nice soundtrack.

Can you post a link to that fanfic that you mentioned called "Cultivator Chat Room"? Because I would be interested in reading it, since it's rare to see chat room/group fanfics.

(Unless you are talking about the manga "Cultivation chat group" at which point I'll be disappointed but understanding of your name mistake)

I love your K6BD story, thanks to it I finally had the motivation to read the comic! I hope you can finish it sometime soon.

Now, if only I could muster the motivation to finally read LOTM...

Wanted to say thanks for basically being the one to introduce me to the otome genre, and more specifically how fucking funny it can be when handled well

Oh my goodness. I tripped over one of your old fics here and almost thought I was seeing things. I'm pretty sure half of what I know about writing cute characters comes from your fictions, which I thought existed exclusively on Spacebattles, in a very SFW space. Well. Love your writing! Nice to see you hanging around the dark side!

Yeah... I don't really talk about some of my early stuff. It's not good, and I was just trying to do something at the time. I'm not embarrassed exactly as writing the stories I posted here, DID help get me into the habit of writing again, so everything kinda stands on their shoulders, but it isn't my thing, and It's not something I'll likely come back to.

Oh no, you've got a good thing going on, I hardly imagine that descending back into the depths has much draw. It just felt a little like wandering through a strip club, and brushing past your old English teacher that helped you to fall in love with books. And seeing an almost decade old photo of them hanging out at the bar there haha.

One of the reasons I wanted to write was how much I enjoyed your fics, but I decided to test out smut since I figured nobody would judge me that hard if it kinda sucked. So seeing your old stuff here was a bit of a funny reminder that we're all human after all.

It really didn't make sense that the cthulhu mythos anime girls didn't have tentacles, miasma, extra eyes, and stuff

honestly, alucard's design feels more like it than those characters

Pardon me, but have you done some stories on AO3?

I feel like I've seen your name there
